EZ AZ SMS Texting Policy

You agree to receive SMS informational and instructional messages from us. We DO NOT use SMS messages for any marketing purposes, nor do we use an Auto Messaging system. You will receive no more than 5 total information and instructional messages from our staff before, during and after your course. All informational messages will end after your completion is reported to the court.

EZ AZ Traffic School System Requirements

  • It is not necessary to use the same computer for the entire course.
  • You may take the course on a tablet or smart phone
  • If taking the course on a smart phone please view in landscape mode.
  • A dial-up or high speed Internet service provider can be used.
  • The website is designed to integrate with contemporary web accessibility standards.

We understand the importance of protecting your personal information and we are committed to safeguarding your privacy online. This website does not collect personal identity information except when you specifically and knowingly provide it. We also take precautions to protect your personal information.

We do collect personal information for the purpose of reporting your registration and attendance to the court. While this information may be made available to the courts we serve, we do not sell or rent your name or personal information to any third party.

Our privacy policy covers this website’s treatment of the personal identity information we collect when you register for a class and use our services. Personal identity information includes, but is not limited to, first and last name, physical address, zip code, email address, phone number, birth date, credit card information, and other sensitive information necessary to provide our services. We may be required to release certain information to comply with certain legal actions, regulatory authorities and court orders.

We value the privacy of our customers and our licensing by the Arizona Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Court (AOC), Defensive Driving Program.

We strive for 100% accuracy in our data gathering, and reporting the correct information to courts.

Our commitment:

Basic personal data related to your citation and pending court action as required by the Arizona Supreme Court is held confidential. We obtain this information so we can successfully check your eligibility to attend an Arizona Defensive Driving Program. Your registration is reported the Arizona Supreme Court’s data base and to the court of jurisdiction. This enables the courts of jurisdiction to know you have registered for class and that you successfully complete the class by the required court due date.

 • The data is retained for three years as required by law

EZ AZ Traffic School Refund Policy

Students who register and DO NOT complete their class before the court deadline are not eligible for a refund of the School or Processing Fee. The non-refundable fee covers a portion of the expense of processing a registration. Processing includes contractor fees, bank fees, credit card processor fees, staff time. Registration cancellations require additional work processing and distributing refunds.

EZ AZ Traffic School Fraud Policy

Fraud is a criminal offense punishable by imprisonment in the Arizona State Prison. Any person suspected of obtaining or assisting another to obtain goods and services to include a Defensive Driving Program for the diversion of a Civil Traffic Violation under fraudulent circumstances shall be referred to the local court of jurisdiction with a report forwarded to the Arizona Supreme Court. Further, the information will be reported to law enforcement authorities for investigation and prosecution under Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 13.
